Position n°1 : rough grinding wheel allowing to remove some particles when the knife is very blunt.

Position n°2 : fine grinding wheel to give an extra fine cutting edge.

It is necessary to use both sharpening nicks on the left and on the right in turn. You are sure to have the right angle and everybody can use this device for which there is no need of training.

Ergonomic handle
 

The handle is made of one grey elastomer part which is not slippery and the other part made of highly resistant ABS plastic. Available in round and oval shape with a hard chromed coating.

The colour handles have been created to recognize each food-group dedication in order to avoid contamination during food preparation.
